It is strictly prohibited to carry contraband goods, including counterfeit goods and any infringing goods. Violators will be sent to the government for investigation, and the relevant account will be terminated in real time. As the carrier, the shipper or you and the company must recognize the following terms and conditions as agreed conditions with legal effect. You accept and abide by the terms of this contract from the time you pay the freight.

1、 Responsibilities and commitments of the shipper and the carrier:

1. The consignor or you and your entrusted agent guarantee that the goods entrusted for shipment comply with national laws and those acceptable to the transportation department and do not violate the will of the carrier. The company, the carrier, refuses to carry the following items:

1) Inflammable, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods;

2) Drugs or drug related equipment;

3) Books, photographs, sculptures or utensils harmful to weathering;

4) Articles infringing trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights;

5) Currency, VAT invoices, other tax receipts or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques and precious metals;

6) Food, live animals, plants or seeds;

7) Correspondence of a correspondence nature;

8) Electronic products;

9) All powder, liquid and optical discs;

10) Non genuine / imitation goods; (if the goods sent by the guest are not genuine or imitation, the company will not compensate whether the goods are lost or not);

11) Goods in foreign trade surplus orders;

12) Goods suspected to be non genuine. If it is stated that it is genuine, but the price is unreasonably low;

13) Articles subject to import control by Hong Kong Customs and prohibited by Macao Customs, such as food or traditional Chinese medicine;

14) Goods that do not comply with the provisions of the laws of Hong Kong, the product quality law of the people's Republic of China, the consumer protection law of the people's Republic of China, other administrative regulations, departmental rules and national mandatory standards;

15) Goods requiring refrigeration.

2. The shipper or you promise that the company has the right to give up or refuse to accept the articles that are not suitable for express transportation, intentionally or unintentionally conceal the real name and value of the articles, and the articles that are prohibited from carrying, mailing and transportation by national laws. In case of violation, the shipper or you are willing to bear all legal and economic liabilities arising therefrom.

3. The consignor or you and your entrusted agent promise to accept and pay the freight rate of goods published by the company and relevant warehousing, return and transshipment expenses.

4. If other goods are polluted or damaged due to the overflow, seepage, or leakage of any liquid or solid from your goods, or due to improper packaging of the goods or the goods themselves, the company has the right to investigate the shipper or you for all legal and economic liabilities.

5. The company will reject all goods paid on delivery.

6. The logistics transfer station of this network only accepts and processes one package with one waybill number (which can include multiple goods in the store). If the seller provides a waybill number but sends two or more packaged goods, the logistics transfer station of our network will reject the relevant goods or sign for receipt. In case of any loss, our company will not bear any liability for compensation.

7. Once the goods are received in the mainland warehouse, if they need to be returned or forwarded to other places in China, a handling fee of RMB 10 will be charged for each piece, and the freight will be calculated separately. The freight will be subject to the customer service quotation of the day.

8. If the goods fail to reach the address of the central transfer station of the mainland airport, the delivery fee incurred shall be borne by the customer.

9. The logistics transfer station of this network will never sign for any goods in the form of cash on arrival.

10. The logistics transfer station of this network will not sign any goods sent by surface mail without inspection or tracking certificate.

11. The logistics transfer station of this network only accepts and processes the goods of only one customer in a waybill number issued by a store.

12. We will not be responsible for any loss, omission or change of transportation charges due to the following circumstances:

Case 1: the Seo claim other goods.

Case 2: (the customer purchases two or more goods) the seller only provides the customer with one waybill number, but in fact, the seller sends the customer's goods separately with two or more waybill numbers, resulting in the customer's failure to claim other goods.

Case 3: if the seller provides the wrong waybill number, resulting in the correct waybill number exceeding the 20 day warehouse free period. And was charged storage fee.

***The customer is responsible for contacting the seller, obtaining the correct waybill number for claim and negotiating with the seller on the storage fee***

13. As it takes time to input the goods information, it is recommended that the customer log in to the network to claim the goods one working day after the goods arrive at the logistics transfer station of the network.

17. The customer must log in to the website to claim and select the combined express service within 20 days from the date when the goods are sent to the logistics transfer station of the website, otherwise, ¥ 5 (RMB) storage fee will be charged for the goods with each waybill number every day from the 21st day.

18. The goods must be sent out within 60 days after arriving at the logistics transfer station, otherwise they will be regarded as waste parts, which shall be handled by the company itself, and the owner shall not object.

19. If an order is successfully formed but has not been paid or sent for more than one month, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the shipment of the order will be abandoned.

20. If the initial weight or continuous weight is less than 1kg, it will be calculated as 1kg.

Example 1: the total weight of all goods is 0.99 kg, and the order will be calculated as 1 kg***

Example 2: the total weight of all goods is 1.01 kg, and the order will be calculated as 2 kg***

21. The size limit of a single shipment signed by the logistics transfer station of this network: length + width + height shall not exceed 100cm; The weight of a single piece shall not exceed 500 kg. If it exceeds the limit, the logistics transfer station of our network reserves the right to refuse to deal with it.

22. The weight calculation unit is kilogram (kg), the accuracy is 0.1kg, and the minimum is 0.5kg.

23. Once the order is confirmed (whether it is under review or determined), it will not provide cancellation of the order, addition of goods in the order or change to other logistics services.

24. If the waybill number has been selected to use the single express service, the waybill number cannot be changed to the consolidated express service.

The receiving time of the logistics transfer station of the network is from 9:00am to 6:00pm every morning, and the order cutting time is 5:00pm

25. In view of the fact that the transportation companies in Hong Kong are closed on Sundays or public holidays, the logistics station of our network will suspend delivery on public holidays. In case of any change, it shall be subject to the announcement of our company.

26. Logistics companies will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.

27. For all shipments, we will compare the actual weight with the volume weight, and calculate the freight with the heavier one. Volume weight is a calculation method that reflects the package density.

28. Guests must truthfully declare the express delivery method, address nature (Public Business District, non industrial and commercial district, self pick-up point) and pay the freight, otherwise they will not deliver the goods; The company has the right to recover the underpaid freight and administrative fee of $500.

29. In case of any objection to the freight, the company reserves the right of final decision.
30. The company has the right to terminate any service provided to customers at any time without prior notice.
2、 Right to know about th
e transported goods:

1. The company has the right to know the nature, name, quantity and weight of the transported goods, so as to assist relevant government departments and transportation departments in inspecting or investigating the transported goods.

2. The goods consigned by this website will be randomly sampled. If the goods do not meet the requirements of the "terms of the contract of carriage", the company will refuse to carry them.

3. The staff of the company have the right to check the goods. You and your entrusted agent can receive the goods only after confirming that there are no contraband in the goods.

3、 Right of retention of goods carried:

1. If the shipper or you and your entrusted agent fail to pay the freight payable and relevant expenses in accordance with the provisions of the carriage contract, the carrier has the right to retain the goods carried and retain the right of claim against the shipper or you and your entrusted agent before obtaining effective guarantee, and is not liable for any loss arising therefrom.

2. The goods must be sent out within 60 days after arriving at the logistics transfer station, otherwise they will be regarded as waste parts, which shall be handled by the company itself, and the owner shall not object.

4、 Disclaimer:

1. The company is not responsible for the delay, loss, destruction or confiscation of goods caused by force majeure, such as war, riot, bad weather, flight delay, plane crash, typhoon, fire, flood Major traffic accidents, natural or man-made serious disasters, various situations beyond the control of the company or confiscation caused by the shipper or you shall not be lable.

2. The company shall not be liable for any indirect loss or other non subjective loss caused by the delay or loss of goods.

3. The company shall not be liable for the delay, error and loss of goods transportation caused by the following reasons:
1) Due to the shipper or your reasons, such as wrong address, incomplete address, wrong telephone number, etc; The address of the re
cipient is changed or the region that cannot be delivered, etc.

2) Because the consignor or the goods entrusted by you violate the prohibition of relevant national policies and decrees, such as flammable, explosive, easy to pollution, easy to corrosion and toxic powders, water agents and other dangerous goods.

3) All kinds of losses caused by undeclared and improper packaging by the shipper or you.

4. Since our logistics service is based on the packaging of the goods received and sent after merging, if the packaging of the goods itself is not proper and does not meet the requirements for safe transportation of goods, or the articles of special substances (such as important articles, easily damaged articles, etc.) are marked to our company, the shipper or you shall be responsible for the damage and responsibility.

5. In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, in addition to the inspection of goods carried at the request of government departments and transportation departments or the regular random sampling survey of the company, the domestic logistics transfer station of the company will not open the package of goods for members to check the quantity or quality of goods when signing for customers. The company shall not be liable for any loss caused by the quantity, nature and characteristics of the articles.

6. If the goods are confiscated due to customs clearance delay or customs confiscation, the company will not return the freight and will not bear the relevant losses

5、 Missing parts handling:

1. In case of lost goods, please email the company's mailbox for verification. If the lost goods are actually due to logistics transportation problems after verification, the maximum amount of compensation is three times the freight.

2. The guarantee scope only includes the logistics transfer station of the network (i.e. the address of the company's mainland warehouse) to the designated address in Hong Kong / the self access point of the network in Hong Kong.

3. It does not include domestic delivery to the logistics transfer station of the network (i.e. the address of the company's Guangzhou warehouse).

4. Those who pick up goods from the pick-up point on the Hong Kong website must apply at the time of pick-up. If they sign and leave the pick-up point, they will be deemed to have received all the goods on the list. Any application made afterwards will not be accepted.

5. If it is not the above situation, please email the application to the company's mailbox. After review, the company will decide whether to make compensation, and the maximum compensation is RMB 500.

Because the legal liability of this website shall not exceed the limit of compensation. Therefore, if customers need to provide more protection for their goods, they should purchase additional insurance related to the goods at their own expense.

6. Any claim must be reported by sending the following information to the customer service email address of the company and the company email within 48 hours after signing.

7. In case of late declaration, the company will be deemed to have completed the delivery as required and will no longer accept it.

8 . After the lost parts are found in Hong Kong, our company will arrange to resend them. The found parts are not within the scope of compensation and will not be compensated.

9. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

6、 Damage treatment

1. The customer is obliged to have good communication with the seller to ensure that the goods carried are equipped with internal and external packaging or containers with sufficient durability, strong toughness and sufficient thickness, so as to avoid damage or loss of goods due to improper packaging during transportation; The package shall be provided with sufficient and appropriate protective materials, and the box or outer package shall be integrated with the protective materials, buffer materials and contents of the goods; If there are multiple contents, there shall be no sound caused by friction, collision, extrusion or shaking between the contents and the inner wall of the outer package. The company will not make any compensation for the damage of fragile goods during transportation.

2. If the consigned goods are fragile goods such as ceramics, glass products and special handicrafts or goods that are easy to fold, the guest is obliged to ensure the following:

i) Good outer packaging: ensure that the transported articles are properly packaged in a packaging container with sufficient durability and strength to protect them from damage during transportation. For example, use a tough box and its outer box and nail it on a wooden frame to ensure that the outer box can withstand a certain pressure.

II) good internal packing: ensure that there are shockproof materials and cushions around the package, and each fragile item should be packed with shock resistant material, such as foam or bubble paper, which is full of foam.

III) the inner and outer packaging must be provided with sufficient durable support, strong toughness and sufficient thickness protection materials.

IV) warning labels: ensure that warning labels such as "fragile products to be handled with care", "fragile products" and "handle with care" are marked in Chinese around the outer package. If the goods are easily damaged by bending, a warning label of "do not fold" should be attached.

Note: the company will not make any compensation for the damage of fragile goods during transportation.

3. If it is not the above situation, please email the application request to the company's email. After review, the company will decide whether to make compensation. The maximum compensation is three times the freight.

4. Any claim must be reported by e-mail to the customer service e-mail address of the company within 24 hours after signing.

7、 Logistics claim details

8、 Freight payment

10、 Storage fee and storage period

The goods arriving at the logistics service center of the network must be collected within seven working days from the date of arrival of the goods. If they are overdue, a warehousing fee will be charged for each working day.

11、 Relevant customer receiving address

1. The logistics company will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.

2. In order to protect customers, the logistics company will only deliver goods according to the address on the order.

3. The address cannot be changed after the order is confirmed

4. If the customer provides other work or residential addresses that are not the receiving person, the company will not be responsible for any problems in the delivery of goods.

5. The designated address for delivery is "residential area", which needs to be delivered downstairs, and the dispatcher will contact the recipient by telephone.

-If it is necessary to contact before delivery, the customer can mark the last position of the delivery address when filling in the delivery address.

6. If there is no elevator at the designated address required by the customer, the logistics company will not go upstairs for delivery and will contact the customer to pick up the goods on the ground.

7. If you use the address specified by the customer to deliver the service, enter a non Hong Kong address when confirming the order, the goods of the order will be transported to the local terminal warehouse, and the freight paid will not be refunded.

8. In order to maintain the stability of delivery service quality, the division will start the quota mechanism according to the shipment flow and delivery status of individual dispatchers. If the selected distributor quota is full, the customer must choose another distributor or other delivery method.
